Meet Joshua Lance
Precision Meets Passion in Bookkeeping
Hi there! I’m Joshua Lance, owner and operator of Lancewood Bookkeepers. I founded this company out of my passion for finances and detailed efficiency. My desire is to help hardworking business owners like you exceed their goals—whether it’s to make more money, have more free time, or alleviate stress. I also founded this company as a way to earn some extra cash for my wife and our growing family. That’s why I named the business Lancewood. It’s a combination of both our last names: Lance and Greenwood. The miracle of two different people working together in harmony for a common cause is at the foundation of our business.
Times are tough for the little man financially, and being in control of your money has never been more important. However, placing your money in the hands of big corporations feels distant, with no relationship and no personality. I, on the other hand, do want a relationship with you. I’ve found that, much like marriage, the relationship between the business owner and the financial manager needs to be personal. I want us to be able to crack jokes together, eat lunch together, and share the same vision you have for your business: to grow. My engineering background and my passion for efficiency drive me to help you do that. But, like marriage, we have to work together as a team. Financial management is at the heart of every business, and yours is no exception. Without effective and timely communication between us, this all falls apart.
So, if you want to hear some nerdy jokes, meet a friendly guy, and talk about how we can help each other, give me a call. If all you want to do is talk about Dungeons and Dragons or Lord of the Rings, that would be perfectly fine with me too.
